EUC Desktop Support Engineer
Summary
On-site desktop support engineer delivering end-user computing (EUC) services for bank employees in Kuala Lumpur: maintaining Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops, Microsoft 365/Outlook, Active Directory, printers and mobile devices, plus incident handling, endpoint imaging, asset management, and after-hours standby support.
Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 4,000 per month
About the role
The Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for delivering on-site End User Computing (EUC) and endpoint support services within a fast-paced and highly regulated banking environment. The role focuses on ensuring the availability, performance, security, and reliability of endpoint devices and workplace technology services used by bank employees. The successful candidate will provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, collaboration tools, and related workplace technologies while maintaining high standards of customer service, operational excellence, security compliance, and service delivery.

About you
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Desktop Support, EUC Support, Workplace Technology Support, or End User Services
Proven experience supporting Windows-based desktop and laptop environments
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and enterprise workplace technologies
Experience working within SLA-driven support environments
Experience in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments is preferred
Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration and support
Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook support
Active Directory and Azure Active Directory user administration
Endpoint deployment, imaging, and software installation
