EUC (End User Computing) Architect
Job Description:
Role Overview
The EUC Architect will be responsible for defining, designing and governing the End User Computing / Digital Workplace architecture across enterprise environments.
The role will focus on secure, scalable and standardized workplace solutions covering endpoint management, operating systems, application delivery, device lifecycle, security and digital experience.
Key Technical Requirements
Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, Entra ID and Windows 10/11.
Experience with application packaging and deployment including MSI, MSIX, Intune Win32 and App-V.
Experience with VDI/DaaS, golden images and endpoint lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of endpoint security, Zero Trust, Conditional Access and compliance.
Experience with digital experience monitoring tools such as Nexthink or HappySignals is advantageous.
Good understanding of security, identity, networking and ITSM integration.
Experience working on large-scale enterprise/global transformation and transition programs.
Experience Required
10+ years of experience in EUC, Digital Workplace or Endpoint Architecture.
Strong architecture and governance experience across enterprise environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.
Experience providing technical leadership across transition, transformation and steady-state programs.
