Summary
Manages and secures enterprise endpoints (Windows, Mac, mobile) using Microsoft Intune and Entra ID, deploying apps, policies, and lifecycle operations while troubleshooting issues in a hybrid work model.
Our client is a rapidly expanding global FinTech organization operating at the intersection of technology and financial services. With a strong international presence and a focus on innovation, the company is currently building a new SSC structure in Gdańsk, creating opportunities to shape processes and drive operational excellence. The target working model is 3 days per week from the office.

- 3+ years of experience in endpoint management, desktop engineering, or EUC services within enterprise environments.
- Practical expertise with Microsoft Intune (Windows, Mac, mobile) - enrollment, Autopilot, policies, profiles, app deployment, updates, and remediation.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including identity management, security groups, RBAC, and device enrollment models.
- Experience managing full device lifecycle (provisioning, patching, firmware, TPM/Secure Boot readiness, redeployment/retirement).
- Skilled in application packaging and deployment (Intune, PowerShell, Win32, MSI), with troubleshooting and monitoring experience.
- Familiarity with endpoint tools like Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, Windows Hello, Company Portal, and remote support platforms.
- Experience with cloud printing solutions (e.g., Printix, Uniflow), including setup, configuration, and issue resolution.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across devices, OS, identity, apps, network, printing, and user profiles.
- Effective communicator with strong documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Microsoft certifications (Endpoint Admin, Azure, Security, AVD) are a plus.
