Salary range - Junior to 4 yrs INR 4,50,000

Mid 4 to 6 yrs INR 5,50,000

Job Description EUC Hands & Fleet Support Engineer (L1 L2)

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (Client Site)

Experience Level: Intermediate (L1 L2)

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Support EUC, desktop services, and end-user IT infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including MPLS, VPN, Firewalls, DNS, and DHCP.
• Knowledge of Citrix Workspace and VDI platforms.
• Understanding of Offshore Delivery Center (ODC) operations and end-to-end lifecycle management.
• Handle ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Troubleshoot desktop, connectivity, and infrastructure-related issues.
• CCNA certification is preferred.

Experience:

• L1: 1 ,3 years
• L2: 3,5 years
