What You'll Do

• Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and end-user devices.
  • Manage OS deployment, imaging, and configuration.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook, Windows, and enterprise applications.
  • Support Azure/Entra ID, Intune, and cloud technologies.
  • Handle escalations, RCA, and critical incident resolution.
  • Ensure seamless end-user experience and service delivery.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Experience in enterprise IT support environments
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and onsite support roles
