Role-EUC _ Portfolio Manager.

Experience-10 to 12 yrs.

Location-New Delhi.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Must have 10-12 years of experience in End User computing portfolio • Good knowledge and experience of EUC tools like SCCM, Intune, O365 etc. • Good understanding of ITIL processes • Able to handle Major Incident management • Handle team of more than 50 plus associate • Customer Management • Good English communication skills both written and verbal • Exp in creating new solutions and proposals for customers in EUC domain • Hands on experience in Scripting tools like Python, PowerShell etc.

Good-to-Have -

Understanding of customer SLA and KPI • Understanding of application packaging and imaging.
