As our EUC Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role within the Global IT team, supporting and enhancing Nufarm’s Standard Operating Environment (SOE). As our EUC Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role within the Global IT team, supporting and enhancing Nufarm’s Standard Operating Environment (SOE). You'll combine hands-on technical expertise with operational excellence to manage modern workplace technologies, endpoint services, messaging platforms, and collaboration tools used across our global organisation.
Acting as a key escalation point, you will help ensure our endpoint, messaging, mobile device management and telephony services remain secure, reliable, and scalable while supporting a globally dispersed workforce.
How You'll Help Us Grow
In this role, you will:
- Manage and support the Windows desktop environment using Microsoft Intune, Active Directory Group Policies, Patch My PC, and Windows Update for Business.
- Package, deploy, and maintain applications across a range of technologies including Intune, SCCM, Citrix, VDI and Patch My PC.
- Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions across corporate and BYOD environments.
- Manage Windows Autopilot and modern endpoint provisioning to deliver seamless onboarding experiences.
- Support Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop environments where applicable.
- Maintain Microsoft Edge enterprise configurations and Universal Print services.
- Administer Exchange Online, including mailbox management, mail flow, SMTP relay and messaging services.
- Support Teams telephony, meeting room technologies, and collaboration services.
- Act as an L2 escalation point for endpoint, messaging, mobile device, and telephony incidents and service requests.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, service providers, and IT teams to deliver high-quality services and continuous improvement initiatives.
We're looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused professional who brings strong experience in enterprise workplace technologies and Microsoft cloud platforms.
You will ideally have:
- 5+ years of experience supporting and engineering Windows Standard Operating Environments in a global enterprise environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, AD Group Policies, and Windows endpoint management.
- Experience with application packaging, software deployment, patch management, and mobile device management.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online administration, mail flow and messaging services.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams telephony and meeting room technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team and manage competing priorities.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Hungarian language skills are essential.
