EUC Solution Architect (Modern Workplace)

As an EUC Solution Architect, you will be responsible for guiding the architecture and technology solutions underpinning a global Modern Management transformation within manufacturing and R&D facilities. This role focuses on scaling Windows 11 deployments managed via Microsoft Intune and Autopilot to deliver an improved, secure, and optimized end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive technology standards for the global EUC and M365/O365 landscape.

• Provide technical direction and architectural decisions to internal staff, outsourced service partners, and vendors.

• Ensure successful technology deployment, validation, and standard service transition to operational support teams.

• Create, review, and maintain high-quality technical documentation and architectural blueprints.

• Act as a senior escalation point, offering hands-on expertise to solve complex technical and infrastructure issues.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in EUC technical architecture, design, and analysis.

• 3+ years of experience in O365/M365 technical architecture and governance.

• Proven track record of large-scale Windows 10/11 and Intune deployments (5k+ devices).

• Strong, hands-on expertise in: Intune, Autopilot, PowerShell, GPO management, and Windows imaging (MDT).

• Deep understanding of Entra ID, Conditional Access, AD Sync, and M365 Apps/Compliance.

• Experience working within outsourced/offshore support models and ITIL frameworks.

• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical details with business stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience architecting IT solutions for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or R&D environments.

• Familiarity with regulated environments, specifically GxP compliance.
