EUC Support Engineer

Melbourne VIC | Start September | Contract to December | $50/hr (Super Inclusive)

A leading national utilities provider is rolling out a major end user technology upgrade across Victoria, and we're looking for several IT Support Admins to join the deployment team on the ground.

In this role, you'll be the face of the rollout for staff — setting up new devices, resolving issues on the spot, and making sure the transition to new technology is smooth across a range of sites.

This is a great fit if you like hands-on, people-facing IT work and want to be part of a large-scale project with real impact.

The details

• Starting September, running through to end of December
• $50 per hour, inclusive of super
• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Large-scale national technology rollout
• Some travel required across Victoria
• Fast turnaround — interviews happening now, onboarding this week

What you'll be doing

• Deploying and configuring laptops, mobiles and tablets using Microsoft Intune
• Managing device enrolment and compliance through Intune/MDM
• Delivering face-to-face support to end users
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
• Keeping tickets and asset records accurate and up to date
• Supporting meeting room tech, printers and general workplace IT
• Providing a high standard of customer service throughout

What we're looking for

• Background in IT Support, Desktop Support, Deskside/EUC Support or Service Desk
• Practical experience with Microsoft Intune (enrolment, config profiles, compliance policies)
• Solid troubleshooting ability paired with strong customer service
• Ability to thrive in a busy, onsite, fast-moving environment
• Confidence supporting Windows devices
• A current driver's licence and willingness to travel around Victoria
