Salary: ₱9,000 – ₱13,000 per month

Location: Taguig City, Philippines (onsite)
Schedule: Local business hours, Monday to Friday

Role Summary
Give onsite first-level end-user computing support to corporate users, making sure issues are resolved quickly and service quality stays high.

Job Description

•Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in DSS, providing technical support in a fast paced and constantly changing environment up to executive management level.

•Excellent customer service and communication skills including providing VIP support.

•Experience supporting large Windows based environments to desktop level with emphasis on Win 7 OS / office 2010 as well as Win 8 and O365 .

•Diagnosing and troubleshooting desktop system, printer and operating problems

•Experience supporting large Windows based environments to desktop level with emphasis on Win 7 OS / office 2010 as well as Win 8 and O365.

•Support of End User for video conferencing units..

•Responds to telephone calls, email, service tickets, and dispatched requests for technical support .

•Experience with Remote Support technologies such as Remote Desktop (Microsoft), Apple Remote Desktop, VNC .

•MS Office (Windows and Mac) software.

•Experience supporting networking equipment with basic knowledge in order to follow direction from an L3 Engineer.

•Excellent customer service and communication skills including providing VIP support

•Skilled in documenting written troubleshooting steps and instructions .

Key Technical Skills Required
•Re-Imaging Laptops and PC.

•Active Directory, Autopilot & MS Intune.

•SCCM

•Office 365 Troubleshooting

•Static IP and DHCP

•Default Gateway

•Event viewer

•Use of Login script, MSI & EXE

•Indexing in Microsoft Windows

•Troubleshooting Printers

•Split Tunnel VPN Vs. Full Tunnel VPN

•Miracast - wirelessly shared multimedia

•Cisco Mini Bar

•VLAN & Basic Networking Knowledge.

•IT Asset Management

•Ticket Tool- SNOW
