Eureka Infant/Preschool Teacher

We need Part-Time and Full-Time Child Care Partners to work independently and as part of a team to care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers aged 6 weeks to five years!

Responsibilities for PT/FT Teacher:

You will often work independently in groups of the following sizes:

• Four (4) 0-9-month-olds
• Six (6) 9-18-month-olds
• Six (6) 18-24-month-olds
• Nine (9) 2-year-olds
• Twelve (12) 3-year-olds
• Thirteen (13) 4/5-year-olds

And will:

• Provide a safe and loving environment for the children in his/her care
• Check children in and out
• Give bottles to infants
• Feed solid foods as age appropriate
• Change diapers as needed
• Soothe infants by singing to and cuddling them
• Supervise infants on the floor as they play with age appropriate toys
• Play with toddlers and preschoolers
• Lead toddler and preschooler activities
• Put infants in cribs for nap time
• Ensure play, sleep and changing areas are kept clean
• Clean toys at end of day

Pay: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour

Shifts: 6:30am to 9:30am, 7am to 12:30pm, 12:30pm to 6pm, and 8am to 5pm

Location: We have five locations throughout Reno/Sparks, so we are probably close to home!
