European Portuguese - Conversational Data Collection Associate (Audio Recording)
Job Overview
We are looking for individuals to record natural conversations using provided scripts. You will work with a partner and play a specific role (such as Customer or Support Agent). The goal is to create clear, natural-sounding audio recordings by following simple instructions.
Project Description
This project involves recording natural conversations with a partner using provided scripts. You will play a role (such as a Customer or Support Agent) and speak in a clear, natural way. The conversations are based on customer support situations, where one person helps solve a problem. These may include:
• Verifying account details
• Solving basic technical issues
• Explaining simple policies
Each assignment takes approximately 30 to 90 minutes and must be completed in one continuous session. You must record in a quiet, noise-free environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Record conversations with an assigned partner
• Follow provided scripts and instructions
• Speak naturally and clearly
• Play your assigned role during recordings
• Ensure recordings are completed in a quiet environment
• Upload files correctly following naming and submission guidelines
• Re-record tasks if quality requirements are not met
• Complete tasks within deadlines
Payment
You will be paid for up to 1.5 hours per assignment, based on approved work.
• Payment depends on audio quality and following instructions
• Work that does not meet quality standards may be rejected or require re-recording
• Payment is processed after successful quality review
• $7.00 USD per hour
Important Requirements
• Speak naturally (like a real conversation, not robotic)

Technical Requirements
• Computer or laptop with internet access
• Working microphone
• Basic knowledge of:
o Google Sheets

- This is a freelancer role, designed for those who are looking for supplemental income. The project does not have a specific end date, as work availability is sporadic and varies. Tasks will be uploaded as they become available, and you’ll be notified via WhatsApp, Email, MS Teams Channel or Slack (once onboarded through client’s portal). Work is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so while it’s an excellent opportunity to earn additional income, it’s best suited for individuals who are flexible and can manage sporadic work availability.
