# Position Summary
This position has the role of EUV Quality Engineer with the responsibility for solving quality issues, defining quality procedure and quality contact window for customers.
1. Quality Management & Governance

• Manage and oversee the creation, tracking, and resolution of all Jira tickets and quality-related issues across both TTW locations and support TKR (TRUMPF Korea)
• Maintain comprehensive DL quality dashboards tracking relevant quality metrics and KPIs for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with TRUMPF global quality systems and standards across both organizations
• Assess the quality and accuracy of all quality reports and prepare regular communication to headquarters
• Serve as the primary escalation owner for quality-related escalations to TRUMPF EUV headquarters, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.

2. Process Management & Continuous Improvement

• Create, maintain, and continuously improve quality-relevant process descriptions and documentation for technical personnel across both locations
• Develop and implement quality process improvement plans, providing strategic advice to management at both TTW and TKR (when support needed)
• Advise EUV management on implementation of best practices and industry benchmarks.
• Analyze possibilities for innovation and optimization within current and future processes

3. Quality Culture & Training

• Plan and execute regular Quality Awareness workshops with quality coordinators and on-site Field Service Engineers (FSEs) at both locations
• Foster a strong quality-first culture and mindset across both organizations
• Conduct periodic quality onsite audits and provide actionable feedback to local teams
• Drive continuous learning initiatives focused on quality excellence

4. Cross-Regional Quality Leadership

• Maintain regular presence across both Dongtan (Korea) and Tainan (Taiwan) facilities
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange between TKR and TTW
• Serve as the liaison between local quality operations and TRUMPF EUV headquarter
• Prepare consolidated regional quality reports and insights for executive management
• Manage quality-related communications and escalations across organizational boundaries

# Key Responsibility

 Responsible for classification, investigation, and reporting of quality issues across both locations
 Lead quality escalation processes and serve as single point of contact for critical quality matters to HQ
 Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes
 Manage relationships with quality stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and internal teams in Korea
 Drive quality metrics improvement and monitor KPI achievement across both organizations
 Participate in cross-functional meetings and strategic quality planning sessions
