Job Description: Evening Cleaner

Job Summary

The Evening Cleaner is responsible for ensuring that all ballrooms, dining room, bars, bakery and service halls are cleaned and sanitized according to company standards. This position also includes general cleaning duties throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean ballrooms, dining room, bars, bakery and service hall during closed hours
• Assist with general cleaning duties throughout the facility
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to handle emergency and stressful situations like resolving customer conflicts
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Ability to create a positive and welcoming customer experience
