Event Bartender - Gils

We are hiring additional Bartenders to join our Catering Events team. Bartenders will provide beverage setup and service support at events, including timely bar setup, guest service, communication with bar backs, and maintaining a clean, organized bar area. Responsibilities also include closing inventory, bar breakdown, and ensuring all items are properly stored after events.

This position will be stationed out of the Gil’s Elegant Catering facility located in Grand Prairie, TX.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for both pre & post bar set-up/break down responsibilities.

• Sets bar up in a timely manner.

• Communicates well with bar back during event to assist them with replenishment during shift.

• Greets all guests and gives exceptional customer service.

• Attentive to guests needs throughout the entire event.

• Cleans bar after closing, discard excess ice.

• Record closing inventory used to balance bar consumption vs sales.

• Responsible for placing all items back in bar box as originally received.

Performs other related duties as required
