Maud Bailly’s Chief of Staff and the Communication department are expanding the team and are seeking a talented and dynamic Event & Communication Trainee to support the teams in executing a big event milestone for our brands: our Hotel General Managers’ Convention, planned in March 2027.

This internship will last 6 months, starting in September or October, and will be based at our headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our renowned luxury brands on a global scale.

Here are the main missions you will be performing:

  • Collaborate and execute event production and organization

  • Oversee guest management, including invitations, RSVPs, and VIP protocols, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience.

  • Coordination of content production across different departments (operations, marketing, talent & culture, etc.) to ensure timelines and deliverables are met on schedule.

  • Contribute to the development of communication materials, including invitations, and post-event content.

  • Assist in budget tracking and administrative tasks, ensuring all financial aspects are well-documented.

  • Help with on-site event coordination to guarantee smooth execution, from setup to breakdown.

You will also be asked:

  • Support the execution of internal and corporate communication initiatives, in close collaboration with the Communication Director, to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and messaging

  • Provide support to Maud Bailly’s Chief of Staff on day-to-day operational matters and ad hoc projects, contributing to the smooth running of ongoing priorities

What you will bring to the role

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a master’s degree in hospitality, business or marketing

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines, event management experience would be a plus

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French. Knowledge of an additional language is a plus, especially in a luxury event context.

  • Soft Skills: Creativity, teamwork, attention to detail, problem-solving, luxury attitude, agility & flexibility,
