Klassische Musik bei Kerzenschein, an einzigartigen Orten: Candlelight von Fever Originals, begeistert seit 2019 Menschen auf der ganzen Welt, von Paris über Madrid und Lissabon bis New York, Los Angeles und Chicago - und natürlich in Wien.
Unser Ziel ist es, klassische Musik für alle erlebbar zu machen und jedem Publikum einen unvergesslichen Abend zu schenken.
Für unsere Konzerte in Wien suchen wir ab sofort eine:n Event Coordinator vor Ort auf Freelance-Basis. Die Konzerte finden überwiegend am Wochenende statt. Fahrtkosten sind im Stundensatz inkludiert.
Was dich erwartet
- Du bist bei jedem Konzert die zentrale Ansprechperson vor Ort: für das Team, die Musiker:innen und die Location
- Du stimmst dich direkt mit deinem/deiner Fever Originals Projektmanager/in ab
- Du sorgst dafür, dass dein Team bestens vorbereitet ist: vom Ticket-Scan über die Platzierung der Gäste bis zur Sicherheitseinschulung
- Du behältst Inventar, Druckmaterialien und Gästelisten im Blick
- Du begrüßt das Publikum vor dem Konzert und verabschiedest es danach
- Du berichtest wöchentlich an den/die Fever Projektmanager:in, wie die Events gelaufen sind und was wir besser machen können
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Besichtigung und Bewertung neuer Locations
- Spannende Perspektiven in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen, mit der Möglichkeit, künftig auch weitere Candlelight- und Fever-Originals-Events zu leiten
- Du bist das Gesicht von Fever und Candlelight vor Ort und sorgst für ein rundum gelungenes Gästeerlebnis
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Eventmanagement und/oder ein passendes Studium
- Wohnsitz in Wien
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und sehr gutes Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
- Leidenschaft für Live-Musik und Freude an Eventorganisation
- Ein gutes Gespür für Gäste, einzigartige Erlebnisse und exzellenten Service
- Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams vor Ort
- Lösungsorientierung und einen kühlen Kopf, auch wenn es mal hektisch wird
- Idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in AV- und PA-Technik (Licht + Ton)
