Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute group events from arrival to conclusion
Serve as the main on-site point of contact for event hosts and guests
Assist with event setup, timelines, and guest flow
Communicate with operations, food & beverage, and management teams
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
Support sales and management with event-related needs

Qualifications

Previous event coordination, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills

Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
