Event Crew
Location: Lavender/ F1 Pit Building / Event site as required
Period: Oct 2026 - Mar 2027
Working hour: Mon to Thurs: 8.30am – 6.00pm; Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm (OT might required for event purpose)
Salary: $2200 - $2700 (based on experience)
- Support the planning and execution of event operations, logistics, and venue management activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external stakeholders, vendors, and government agencies to ensure smooth operational delivery.
- Assist in implementing operational, security, safety, and crowd management plans in accordance with event requirements.
- Prepare, compile, and maintain operational records, reports, documentation, and databases with accuracy.
- Coordinate volunteer deployment, manpower scheduling, and on-site operational support during events.
- Assist in the preparation of event materials, signage, layouts, maps, and branding to support event execution.
- Manage logistics, inventory, and asset movement, including stock-taking, packing, and distribution of event materials and equipment.
- Monitor on-site operations and provide timely coordination to resolve operational issues during rehearsals and event days.
- Provide administrative and secretariat support, including meeting coordination, minute taking, action tracking, and correspondence.
- Support post-event activities, including inventory reconciliation, documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in event management or equivalent
- Comfortable with OT work
