Job Summary
You will design and execute floral installations for weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, and special occasions, applying hands-on floral skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Design and create floral arrangements for stages, tables, bridal setups, aisles, and large installations to meet event themes and client expectations
- Set up and dismantle floral decor on-site and in the studio to ensure timely and accurate event preparation and teardown
- Prepare flowers to maintain consistency and quality in designs
- Handle both faux and fresh flowers safely and creatively to produce diverse floral displays
- Pre-pack floral equipment before events and ensure all items are returned and stored properly in the warehouse after use
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous experience as an event stylist is an advantage
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and good color sense to enhance floral design quality
- Physically fit to lift materials and work long hours during events
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours to meet event schedules
- Positive team player attitude to contribute effectively within a collaborative environment
- Open to part time or full time arrangements
