We call the 25hours Hotel at MuseumsQuartier our colorful circus. Life is bustling here from the ground floor to the attic. And right outside the door, too, with a park and the best cultural entertainment. We like to take advantage of this for our after-work gatherings. Because we treat each other in a friendly and familiar way, before, during, and after work.

Job Description
What your workday looks like…
- You are a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and manage to build the best rapport with our clients to make every event unforgettable
- You handle our group inquiries, events, and internal functions and are in close communication with all departments
- You coordinate your daily schedule independently and stick to agreements, even with a full calendar and email inbox
- You keep an overview when every room in the house is sold out at the same time and things are heating up
Qualifications

- Ideally, you already have professional experience in a similar role in the event or reservations sector
- With your positive charisma and hands-on mentality, you inspire our customers and ensure every event runs smoothly
- You are a doer – and openly admit it if you have made a mistake
- You bring not only your skills but also your character
