About the Role:

Eneight Limited, a product branding, digital signage and experiential marketing company, is seeking an Event Manager to oversee event planning, facility operations, client relationships and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client enquiries, bookings and event schedules.
• Plan and oversee events and corporate activities.
• Develop strategies to increase patronage, revenue and customer retention.
• Build relationships with clients, partners and service providers.
• Supervise staff and coordinate daily facility operations.
• Manage event logistics, budgets, resources and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational policies.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in event management, facility management, hospitality or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to attract clients, drive sales and build customer relationships.
• Experience supervising teams and managing operations.
• Strong communication, organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Vendor, budget and resource management experience is an advantage.

Additional Advantages:

• Event Management certification.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience in gyms, fitness centres, wellness clubs or sports facilities.
• Knowledge of sponsorship acquisition and partnership development.
