Event Manager

As an Events Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality events across our hospitality and manufacturing sectors, creating experiences that bring together industry leaders, customers and decision-makers. Taking ownership of a portfolio of conferences, awards, roundtables and networking events, you'll help ensure every event is delivered seamlessly and contributes to the success of our brands and communities.
- Managing a portfolio of events from initial planning through to on-site delivery and post-event completion
- Creating and managing detailed project plans and critical paths to ensure successful delivery against agreed timelines
- Managing event budgets, supplier relationships and venue sourcing to deliver commercially effective events
- Coordinating event logistics, including speakers, entertainment, catering, audio-visual requirements and technical production
- Building strong relationships with sponsors, venues, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless event experience
- Leading on-site event delivery, troubleshooting issues and ensuring events are executed to a high standard
- Collaborating with colleagues across the business to support audience engagement, event performance and brand objectives
- Experience managing events from planning through to delivery, ideally within a corporate, B2B or commercial events environment
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Confidence managing suppliers, venues and stakeholders, building positive relationships throughout the event lifecycle
- Experience managing budgets and understanding the commercial impact of event decisions
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to remain calm and adapt when plans change
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across the business
- Willingness to travel within the UK and attend events as required
