  • Partner with vendors, sales teams, product stakeholders, and marketing colleagues to deliver consistent branding, signage, promotional materials, booth experiences, and customer-facing event support.
  • Manage event inventory, promotional items, and branded materials, including storage, tracking, restocking, quality checks, and readiness for upcoming events.
  • Maintain and improve the master event calendar, helping the marketing team plan capacity, deadlines, travel needs, and overlapping event demands.
  • Coordinate the promotional merchandise process, including sourcing, ordering, proofing, budget awareness, delivery timing, and usage tracking.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on event-related communications, campaigns, collateral, digital promotion, and follow-up materials that support event objectives.
  • Lead post-event wrap-ups for assigned events, including feedback collection, vendor follow-up, lead or attendee coordination, lessons learned, and recommendations for future improvements.
