Event Operations Coordinator (12-Month Contract | Up to $3200 | Government Events) - JO 29325

In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of major international events and official functions for a government agency. You’ll coordinate meetings, rehearsals and site visits, liaise with government agencies, vendors and event companies, and assist with venue, transportation, logistics and protocol arrangements.

This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of event coordination, stakeholder engagement and hands-on operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

Contract Duration: 12-month contract

Nearest MRT: Novena MRT Station

Salary: Up to S$3,200 per month

Education: Diploma or higher in any field

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of meetings, rehearsals, site visits and official functions.
• Liaise with government agencies, internal departments, vendors and event management companies.
• Coordinate venue preparation, transportation, logistics and protocol requirements.
• Assist with budget, manpower deployment, corporate gifts and event-related procurement.
• Provide on-site operational support during rehearsals and live events.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Able to multitask, adapt quickly and work under pressure.
• Experience in event planning, event operations, hospitality or the service industry is preferred.
• Comfortable working independently and coordinating with local and foreign stakeholders.
