Event Operations Manager MENA

You will own the MENA event roadmap and budgets, secure and manage organizer accounts, lead commercial and operational delivery, and manage event staff. You will oversee sponsorships, venue planning, logistics, creative production, reporting, and cross-functional planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the MENA event roadmap and budget
• Identify and secure event brands for the Dubai Expo venue
• Lead organizer relationships, contract negotiation, and account management
• Manage sales logistics, pricing, contracts, and onboarding
• Serve as the primary account manager for hosted organizers
• Manage and develop the event operations and Dubai events staff
• Own sponsorship packages and deliverables
• Coordinate venue space planning, production, and event set-up
• Track event budgets by currency and event
• Oversee hotel and travel logistics
• Maintain the event roadmap and team visibility
• Oversee creative briefs and event asset delivery
• Lead post-event reporting and budget reconciliation
• Represent the Dubai hub in cross-functional planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of event marketing or event operations experience
• Experience in the video games, technology, or software industry
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder events through on-site delivery
• Proficiency with Atlassian Suite, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and Google Workspace
