EVENT OPERATIONS MANAGER

• Oversee the event, maintaining quality standards.
• Supervise event staff, assigning tasks efficiently.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Drive efficiency and optimize workflow to meet customer demand.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Work experience as Event Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to maintain good relationship with diverse guests and employees within the restaurant.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Be available to work on weekends and holidays.
