EVENT & PARTNERSHIP MANAGER ( F&B )
A commercially driven and well-connected Event & Partnership Manager to lead the growth of our private events, corporate bookings, celebrations and full venue takeovers.
This is more than an event coordination role. You will have the opportunity to build relationships, develop new business and drive revenue for Leila, working directly with corporate clients, event planners, agencies, brands and private customers.

What You’ll Own
- Drive and grow private events, corporate bookings, celebrations and full venue takeovers for Leila.
- Proactively develop new business through corporate clients, event planners, agencies, brands and your existing network.
- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and enquiries to proposal, negotiation, closing and post-event follow-up.
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners to generate repeat business, referrals and long-term accounts.
- Create event proposals, quotations, packages and customised arrangements based on client requirements.
- Work closely with the restaurant and operations teams to ensure a seamless event experience from planning to execution.
- Identify new partnership and business opportunities that can contribute to Leila’s revenue growth.
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, enquiry records, confirmed bookings and follow-ups.
- Achieve agreed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in F&B, hospitality, events, venue sales or corporate sales.
- Proven track record in closing event, corporate or private function deals.
- Strong network within corporate events, hospitality, lifestyle or private functions will be an advantage.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven, target-oriented and motivated by results.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of the business.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant and events environment.
- A strong network and proven ability to bring in business will be highly valued.

Basic Salary + Uncapped Attractive Incentives
Beyond the basic salary, successful candidates will be eligible for performance-based incentives on events, corporate bookings, partnerships and other revenue-generating opportunities
