About Us
Cosford Container Park is one of Singapore's largest lifestyle and event destinations. We are looking for a passionate intern to support the planning ofa major gaming festival and esports event, while gaining hands-on experience in large-scale event management.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Event Manager in overall project planning
- Prepare project timelines and meeting minutes
- Coordinate vendors and suppliers
- Track project progress and action items
- Assist in site planning and logistics
- Support event documentation and procurement
- Coordinate with internal departments
