Event & Sales Executive
Job Description :
The Sales & Events Executive is responsible for driving revenue through proactive sales, business development, event planning, and exceptional client relationship management. This role oversees the entire event journey from enquiry to post-event follow-up while working closely with Operations and Kitchen teams to deliver memorable guest experiences and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business through corporate clients, wedding planners, event agencies, schools, government organisations, and social events.
- Manage all inbound sales enquiries via email, phone, social media, and walk-ins.
- Conduct venue site visits for prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and event orders accurately and promptly.
- Negotiate pricing within approved company guidelines.
- Upsell food, beverages, décor, AV equipment, and premium event packages.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Represent The White Label at networking sessions, wedding showcases, and industry events.
Event Planning & Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact from enquiry until event completion.
- Understand clients' objectives and customise packages to suit their requirements.
- Coordinate event timelines, floor plans, seating arrangements, menus, and special requests.
- Prepare Event Orders (EOs) and communicate all event details to Front of House Operations and Kitchen teams.
- Conduct pre-event briefings with internal departments.
- Ensure smooth execution during events and resolve operational issues professionally.
- Perform post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and strengthen client relationships.
Administration
- Ensure timely collection of deposits and final payments.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and monthly performance analysis.
- Maintain proper filing of contracts, invoices, and event documentation.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Event Management, or related discipline preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospitality, Restaurant, Hotel, Catering, or Events Sales. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well.
- Experience handling weddings, corporate events, and private dining is an advantage.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and event logistics is preferred.
