Event Server-Event Scheduling Only

Hourly | Part-Time | $50.00/hr for Events

We’re seeking experienced, polished Event Servers to deliver attentive, elevated service during private and special events at Huntress. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who anticipate guest needs, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take pride in creating memorable experiences.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service throughout events
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure service expectations are exceeded
• Maintain strong knowledge of food, beverage, and event offerings
• Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service areas
• Communicate effectively with guests, service staff, and management
• Complete assigned side work and follow RMD service standards

Education & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of serving experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants preferred
• Strong communication, multitasking, and guest service skills
• Ability to remain professional and efficient during high-volume events
• RBS certification and San Diego County Food Handler Card required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered

Training & Event Pay

Employees will initially be hired as Servers and complete required training at $17.75/hr. Upon successful completion of training, employees working scheduled Event Server shifts will be paid $50.00/hr.
