Event Server

Our Event Servers are outgoing, friendly people who love working as part of a team. You are customer-service driven, taking a fun and enthusiastic approach to every event. You have a hospitality heart and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty. You are always anticipating the needs of our guests and go above and beyond not only for our clients, but for your teammates as well. Special Events Team members always have each other’s backs and will never let each other fail. You are always prepared for whatever the job entails by staying organized and calm in the detail-oriented world of catering and utilizing your problem-solving skills. Our event staff positions offer a great deal of flexibility as you make your own schedule by signing up for the shifts that match your availability. During off-peak season (January – March) you should expect for there to be less shifts available. Now is the perfect time to join the team to get maximum shift opportunities!

This is a part time variable position with evening and weekend requirements

Responsibilities - The Primary job of the Event Server includes but is not limited to:

• Live the company values
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Provide attentive, first class service for all guests
• Complete event service duties according to the direction of Event Supervisors
• Load and unload company vehicles
• Practice safe food handling
• Bus tables and carry trays with coordination
• Assist in cleaning facilities and kitchen as needed
• Setup and teardown of tables and chairs according to event floorplans
• Set tables with china, flatware, and glassware
• Any additional duties requested for a specific event
• Anything that helps the Events Team deliver exceptional hospitality
