Event Team Member

Position Summary

The Event Team helps create great experiences and memories for guests at all events including, weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other catered and non-catered functions. The Event Team assists with events from start to finish and bring energy and friendliness to all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and break down catering events

• Assist with food and beverage service

• Serve guests in a professional and friendly manner

• Maintain clean and organized food-service areas

• Clear tables and assist with event cleanup

• Follow proper food-safety and sanitation procedures

• Work closely with the catering team to ensure events run smoothly

• Assist with loading and unloading catering equipment and supplies

• Provide excellent customer service throughout events

• Complete required training as assigned by mountain leadership

• Accurately record all hours worked, ensure time entries are complete, and promptly resolve any discrepancies prior to the end of each pay period

• Other duties as assigned by mountain leadership
