Events Account Manager | Makati | Hybrid

Work Setup: Monday to Friday; Dayshift (2x onsite, 3x wfh)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and secure new business.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination with internal teams.
• Work closely with creative, project management, and operations teams to develop event concepts, proposals, and deliver events from planning through execution.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct post-event reviews, collect client feedback, and identify ways to improve services and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, client relations, event management, or a creative-related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, creative, and client-focused, with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
