Events, Activations & Partnerships Manager

· Lead
the end-to-end planning and execution of events, from concept development and
budgeting through production, on-ground delivery, and post-event evaluation,
ensuring strong performance and ROI.
· Develop
and manage an annual events calendar covering corporate events, community
events, retreats, property launches, celebrations, and destination-led events
· Oversee
event production, venues, suppliers, staffing, logistics, guest management,
timelines, and on-site operations.
· Ensure
consistent execution and premium customer experiences across the company
destinations.
· Develop
creative event concepts that align with target audiences, destination
positioning, and business objectives.
· Manage
multiple events simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets
are maintained.
Activations & Experiences
· Develop
and manage sports, wellness, lifestyle, and entertainment activations across
company destinations.
· Create engaging programs
including camps, recreational activities, fitness experiences, retreats,
seasonal activations, and entertainment.
· Curate
lifestyle and entertainment experiences including cinema nights, comedy shows,
yoga, CrossFit, retreats, and seasonal activations.
· Partner
with sports academies, wellness experts, and local providers to deliver
high-quality programming and engaging customer experiences.
· Ensure
activations are executed consistently across all company destinations, in line
with brand and operational standards.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
· Identify
and develop strategic partnerships that enhance events, activations, and the
overall resident experience.
· Build
strong relationships with brands, sports academies, wellness providers,
entertainment partners, community organizations, and local stakeholders.
· Negotiate
partnership agreements and collaborations in coordination with Legal, Finance,
and Procurement.
· Manage
partner relationships and ensure agreed deliverables, quality standards, and
brand requirements are met.
· Build
long-term partnerships that enhance experiences, strengthen community
engagement, and support destination positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in events, activations, partnerships, hospitality, lifestyle, or community engagement, with proven experience managing large-scale events and strategic partnerships.
- Event Management or Project Management certification is a plus.
- Strong event planning, budgeting, negotiation, partnership development, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
