Your Role:
• Assist the Executive Chef in planning and executing banquet menus
• Lead kitchen staff during banquet prep and service
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and timing meet high standards
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with banquet team to meet client expectations
What You Bring:
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Proven experience in banquet or high-volume kitchen operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Passion for hospitality and teamwork
