ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking an organized, creative Event Coordinator to plan and execute experiences that bring Dialed Moods to life. This hands-on role coordinates event logistics, vendors, staffing, and on-site execution while creating a welcoming experience for guests and representing the brand with care. The Event Coordinator will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support launches, community activations, and other brand events.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Coordinate brand events, pop-ups, product launches, community activations, and partner events from planning through wrap-up
Manage event timelines, budgets, checklists, supplies, and day-of schedules
Research venues and vendors; coordinate bookings, orders, contracts, and event requirements
Partner with sales and marketing to align event goals, promotions, messaging, and guest experience
Coordinate staff assignments, setup, registration, guest flow, product displays, and breakdown
Serve as the on-site point of contact for vendors, partners, staff, and guests
Track RSVPs, attendance, expenses, feedback, and event outcomes; recommend improvements
Maintain organized event materials, inventory, and documentation
Help create engaging, consistent brand experiences across every event
Follow applicable venue rules, company policies, and product-related regulations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of experience coordinating events, brand activations, hospitality, or related projects
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage several deadlines at once
Confident communication with vendors, partners, guests, and internal teams
Experience managing event budgets, logistics, and on-site problem solving
A creative, resourceful approach and genuine interest in health, wellness, and lifestyle brands
Ability to work independently and stay calm in a fast-paced event setting
Availability for occasional evenings and weekends based on the event calendar
Ability to travel locally and help with event setup and breakdown as needed
