Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end planning and execution of private, VIP & corporate events

• Guest and VIP management

• Venue, supplier and vendor coordination

• Budget management and contract negotiation

• Event logistics, production and on-site execution

• Conferences, launches, receptions, retreats and executive events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Events, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications or related field

• Strong experience in VIP, private and corporate events

• Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills

• High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality

• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends when required
