Building on ARN’s commitment to embracing the future and being able to provide access to the best marketing platforms in the region, MPN by Dubai Holding Entertainment is a multimedia sales house, operating premium out-of-home assets, video production, event sponsorship and activations.
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of seasonal events, activations, concerts, and live entertainment initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans, event calendars, and execution schedules to ensure successful delivery of events and activations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, production houses, and external agencies to manage concepts, designs, event production, and operational requirements.
- Manage procurement activities including RFP processes, supplier onboarding, contract reviews, purchase orders, and invoice coordination.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure approvals, technical drawings, permits, and operational readiness for event execution.
- Oversee event operations on-site, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Supervise commercial activations, brand partnerships, filming activities, and live event operations in line with agreed requirements.
- Evaluate event outcomes, prepare reports, document lessons learned, and recommend innovative event concepts and activations.
Essential
- Graduate in Events Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in events, concerts, and on-ground activations.
- In-depth knowledge of events and concerts, with an established network of event production companies and music production houses.
- Strong project management, planning, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing external agencies, suppliers, artists, and entertainment partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and PowerPoint, with strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Experience managing large-scale live events and entertainment productions.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
- Experience working within HSE and permit compliance requirements for events.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to personal transportation.
