Events Manager

Job Description:

• Organise and coordinate company events, entertainment programmes and promotional activities.
• Arrange performance schedules, stage programmes and event logistics.
• Participate in live performances, including singing, dancing and other entertainment activities.
• Prepare and coordinate product roadshows in different countries, including performance arrangements, promotional materials and event schedules.
• Manage the company's online accounts, including planning, filming and appearing in short videos for promotional purposes.
• Edit or coordinate video content, monitor video performance data and prepare reports to improve online engagement.
• Assist with sales activities, product promotion, client enquiries and business relationship maintenance.
• Coordinate with clients, performers and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
• Report directly to the CEO and carry out event-related assignments as required.
• Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Travel overseas for product roadshows and company events when required.
• Work overtime, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, according to business and event needs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification or above.
• More than 10 years of relevant working experience in performing arts, entertainment, event management or promotional activities.
• Must possess performance talents, such as singing or dancing, and be confident in front of the camera and on stage.
• Experience in sales, product promotion or customer relationship management is preferred.
• Familiarity with online account management, short-video production and video performance analytics.
• Good communication, coordination and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently, handle last-minute changes and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to travel internationally, work irregular hours and handle urgent assignments when required.
