We are looking for an Engagement & Operations Support Officer to support outreach, events, customer service, and operationalactivities for a national cultural initiative. The role involves engaging thepublic and partners, supporting roadshows and events, handling enquiries,coordinating stakeholders, and providing administrative support to ensuresmooth programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support public outreach and engagement activities to increase awareness and participation.
- Assist in organising roadshows, community events, and on-ground activations.
- Coordinate with community groups, partners, and internal teams.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support through phone, email, or helpdesk channels.
- Support event logistics, registrations, and operational processes.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with developing and following operational procedures (SOPs).
- Provide administrative and meeting coordination support.
- Monitor feedback and support continuous service improvements.
Requirements
- Interest in Arts Management, Communications, Public Policy, or related fields
- Experience in project coordination, programme support, or administration is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work well with different stakeholders and teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools
- Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Positive team player with good problem-solving abilities
Other Information
- Location: Hill Street
- Working Schedule: Mon – Thu (9am – 6.30pm), Fri (9am – 6pm)
