Urban Air Gilroy is looking for a friendly, outgoing person who enjoys connecting with people and bringing communities together.
Your goal is simple: build local relationships, bring in new group events, and help families create great memories!
What You'll Do
- Connect with schools, PTAs, churches, sports teams, nonprofits, and local businesses.
- Promote birthday parties, school outings, fundraisers, and corporate events.
- Attend Chamber meetings and local community events.
- Follow up with leads and turn conversations into bookings.
- Work with our park team to make every event great.
You'll Be Great If You
- Love meeting new people and building relationships.
- Are friendly, confident, organized, and comfortable with sales.
- Know the Gilroy, Morgan Hill, Hollister, or surrounding communities.
- Have good phone, email, and communication skills.
- Speak English and Spanish or other languages — a big plus!
- Have PTA, fundraising, event planning, or community outreach experience — a plus, not required.
No formal sales experience required. A great personality, local connections, and willingness to learn matter most.
