Events Sales Executive
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Event Sales Executive who enjoys meeting new people and creating memorable client experiences.
You will play an active role in driving event sales, engaging prospective clients and coordinating with internal teams to turn enquiries into successful events. From the initial conversation through to event confirmation and follow-up, you will be involved throughout the client journey.
What You'll Be Doing
Respond to event enquiries and understand clients' requirements, preferences and budgets
Introduce suitable event packages, services and solutions to prospective clients
Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations based on client requirements
Conduct venue tours, presentations and client meetings when required
Follow up on sales enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings
Build and maintain positive relationships with corporate and individual clients
Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals and outreach
Coordinate with operations and other internal teams on confirmed event requirements
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings and client communications
Support promotional campaigns, roadshows and networking activities
Keep up to date with market trends and competitor offerings
Work towards monthly sales and revenue targets

We're looking for someone who is confident communicating with different types of people and enjoys working in a lively, fast-moving environment.
Minimum GCE O-Level, A-Level, Diploma or equivalent
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, approachable and customer-focused
Self-motivated with a strong interest in sales
Good organisational and follow-up skills
Able to manage multiple enquiries and priorities
Comfortable attending meetings and interacting with clients
Experience in events, hospitality, sales, customer service or business development would be advantageous
