EVENTS SALES/OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Job Scope

• Sales and planning, and preparing for events both onsite at restaurants and off site
• Execute events and ensure clients and guests have a great experience
• Stock taking of inventory
• Ensure cleanliness of preparation area and event area after event is done
• Service of food and beverages proficiently
• Delivery of necessary stocks to each restaurant weekly

Job Requirements

• Legal age to deal with alcohol products
• Class 3/3A license
• Good attitude, respectful and responsible
• Interested in events planning/ cocktail making
• No experience required, but must be proactive and keen to learn
