Evidence and Outcomes Manager
Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 per year
Tātou Collective is a Whānau Ora commissioning agency working alongside Pacific families and partners across Aotearoa to drive generational change.
We are looking for an Evidence and Outcomes Manager to turn complex operational data into reliable reporting and useful insights for Whānau Ora commissioning.
About the role:
You’ll go beyond traditional data management—using data to tell the story of whānau, support real-time decision making, and strengthen our commissioning impact. You’ll work with delivery partners, government agencies and internal teams to make evidence clear and useful for decisions that affect Pacific whānau.
What we’re looking for:
7+ years’ leadership experience in data, analytics, reporting, research or evaluation
Strong technical skills with complex data and tools
Ability to translate insights into strategy and action
An understanding of Pacific cultures and a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi are essential.
