We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of EVS Laundry/Housekeeping Staff at McComb Community Care Center. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:

• · Process laundry, including loading, operating and unloading washers and dryers.
• · Wash, fold, and iron soiled linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths.
• · Safely operate, clean, and maintain equipment as trained.
• · Stock shelves and maintain the cleanliness of the laundry facility.
• · Assist in monthly linen inventory and preparing and stocking housekeeping carts.
• · Maintain positive guest and associate relationships by responding appropriately to inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.

The Ideal Candidate:

• · Strong organization and execution skills.
• · Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• · Ability to give high priority to customer service.
• · A neat/professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
• · Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• · High school diploma preferred.

Other Qualifications

• · Participate in pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening.
