EWS Product Engineer
Summary
Engineer responsible for testing and yield optimization of semiconductor devices, troubleshooting production issues, and improving test efficiency using Lean methodologies.
YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for testing flow and yield of a family of devices
- Sustain and support daily manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real -time solution implementation
- Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, cost effectiveness by working with Maintenance Specialist and Product Supervisors to achieve overall committed objectives
- Cross functional; cross department; cross EWS support including global coverage based on prioritization
- Require performing yield and through put improvement programs to achieve massive test cost efficiency
- Scope needs to undertake product transfer and modification of test programs to ensure high productivity and quality
- Effective teamwork and communication with support groups, such as Planning and Maintenance Departments to ensure smooth production and other work areas
- Lead and/or Participate in the investigation containment plan and solution on day-to-day technical problems affecting production line
- Practice, participate, lead projects using Lean methodologies
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Relevant Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Relevant experience in semiconductor product engineering, testing, and wafer probing is an advantage.
- Good Written and communication skills
