EX Consultant, IT Security (GRC) - 12 months contract

Job Description

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Consultant, IT Security to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive security solutions that protect our organization's critical assets and infrastructure. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify security vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, and drive continuous improvement in our security posture. Risk Management & Compliance

  • Perform risk assessments and vulnerability assessments
  • Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and industry regulations
  • Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular security audits and assessments

Vulnerability Management

  • Conduct Vulnerability Assessment and coordinate third-party security testing
  • Manage patching and remediation processes

Access Control & Data Protection

  • Implement identity and access management (IAM) controls
  • Manage user access reviews and privileged access controls
  • Ensure encryption and data protection mechanisms are in place

Qualifications

**Required Skills & Experience:**

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in IT security with hands-on involvement in governance, risk & compliance
  • Solid understanding of security network security, firewall management, and network protocols
  • Proficiency in incident response procedures and established security frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex security data, identify patterns, and detect anomalies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management capabilities
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think analytically and strategically
