Description
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist with expertise in Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra ID (Identity Access Management). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange migrations, identity management, authentication, and secure access solutions.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Exchange Online environments.
- Perform mailbox migrations from Exchange On-Premises, Google Workspace, and other platforms.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID.
- Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Manage user lifecycle, groups, licensing, and administrative roles.
- Configure Hybrid Exchange environments and Azure AD Connect (Entra Connect Sync).
- Manage mail flow, connectors, transport rules, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups.
- Configure email authentication including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Troubleshoot mail delivery, authentication, and identity-related issues.
- Perform Microsoft 365 tenant setup, migrations, and health checks.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell.
- Work directly with customers to deliver Microsoft 365 projects and provide technical guidance.
