Exchange Systems Analyst

Position - Exchange Systems Analyst
Location: 100% onsite in Tarrytown, NY (about 25-30 miles north of Manhattan).
Duration: 6.5 month contract to hire.
Interviews: 1st will be over the phone. 2nd will be in person.

Job Description:
• Handle Level 2 and Level 3 incident tickets assigned in Service Now.
• Provide Day to Day Steady State support for the existing Exchange 2007 and 2013 messaging environments.
• MUST have 10 years of experience with Exchange.
• Handle P1 & P2 incidents via on-call for outside normal business hours
